Duties

General coordination and supervision of Post’s Housing Section. Supervisor of one Realty Assistant and five Realty Clerks. Works with Realty Assistant in assessing potential new leases. Recommends housing assignments to the S/GSO and the Inter-Agency Housing Board (IAHB).

Assists new employees with settling into the assigned housing. Insures accuracy of the housing documents, to include Housing Handbook, real property application, photo database, post reports and post profiles. Established section’s standard operating procedures and work with staff for in-house training instill management controls to prevent fraud.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Experience:

Three years of administrative or office experience with customer service responsibilities is required.
