Duties

Under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Stock Replenishment Clerk is responsible for ensuring that the warehouse is fully stocked with supplies to meet demand for the Furniture and Appliance Pool (FAP), Expendables Supply and all other supplies as required.

The position has no supervisory responsibilities. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating with the Expendables Supply clerk to use Inventory Optimization programs to set appropriate reorder level for both local and offshore supplies and procurement in bulk to ensure the Expendables section is adequately stocked to fulfil requests from stock.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Experience:

Three years clerical or stock/inventory experience is required.

Education Requirements:

Completion of Secondary School (grade12) is required.

Evaluations:

Language:

Good Working Knowledge English reading/writing/speaking of English is required. (This will be tested).

Skills and Abilities:

Standard computer literacy with basic working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Good organizing and planning skills is required.
