University of Nairobi Project Data Analyst Jobs


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and execution of quantitative analyses, impact evaluation, and effective coverage estimation.

  • Develop, maintain, and govern harmonized, reproducible analytic codebases (R, Stata, Python), ensuring compatibility with federated data execution and secure in‑country runs.

  • Implement advanced data quality assurance and reproducibility processes.

  • Produce high‑quality statistical outputs to support reporting, peer‑reviewed publications, and external review.

  • Participate in training activities, study workshops, and meetings.

  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

    Job Specifications

  • Master’s Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of research experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in R, Stata, and Python.

  • Demonstrated expertise in multilevel models and routine health data.

  • Evidence of ability to produce and publish research.
