University of Embu Advancement Officer Jobs in Kenya; To provide strategic leadership in fundraising, donor engagement, alumni engagement, corporate partnerships, and institutional visibility initiatives to ensure sustainable financial support for the University’s programs and priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must be holders of at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

At least five (5) years’ relevant experience in fundraising, development, public relations, marketing or a related field.

A proven track record of successful fundraising and donor engagement.

A strong understanding of advancement practices, alumni relations, and partnership development.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
