United States International University Adjunct Faculty of German Jobs in Kenya; To teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Arabic using innovative pedagogical approaches, while supporting curriculum development, student success, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach courses in Arabic at undergraduate and/or graduate level.

  • Prepare course outlines, instructional materials, assessments, and examinations.

  • Facilitate inclusive learning environments that promote student success.

  • Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance.

  • Assess student learning and provide timely, constructive feedback.

  • Participate in curriculum development, review, and continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to program assessment, accreditation, and quality assurance.

  • Serve on departmental, school, and university committees as required.

  • Engage in community and professional service activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean or University.

    Minimum Educational Qualifications & Experience

  • PhD in Arabic or relevant discipline from a recognized university, OR Master’s Degree with at least 2 years’ university‑level teaching experience.

  • Strong record of scholarly research and publications.

  • Proficiency in educational technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
