The Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction (GlobalABC), hosted by UNEP, supports governments in advancing sustainable building practices.

In Cambodia, UNEP and GlobalABC are working with the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) and the Ministry of Environment (MoE) to roll out the country’s green building regulatory framework.

Position Summary

The National Consultant will provide technical support for the development of building design implementation guidelines for Cambodia’s green building regulations.

This consultancy focuses on design requirements, standards and compliance pathways, complementing a parallel consultancy on construction and operations.
