Our Client Company, They are over 30 year old company based in Ghana and represent suppliers like Fosroc, Fibertex, Sotrafa, Isoltema, Bostik and a few more.

They undertake sales only and sales and application contracts in Ghana.

They are one of the biggest market players in the industry in Ghana.

Job Responsibility:-

Managing sales, operations, collection & key account management functions for the construction chemicals, hardware and any other product or services that the company may introduce from time to time in all cities.

Managing and Supervising all Admixtures testing and approvals with prospective and existing clients, waterproofing / flooring or any other sub- contracts and installations works.

Generating new leads/prospects and repeat sales through continuous relationship building. Exploring new avenues through advertising channel partners and other direct hunting activities.

Handling the complete sales cycle from prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building, pre-sales team co-ordination for requirement gatherings, commercial preparation, negotiation and closure.

Material / Stock planning.

People planning.
