Job Description

To manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of their stores by directing all operational aspects of each store and driving sales whilst minimizing costs.

To certify that store managers and their staff keep stores to the highest possible standards, being well organized and properly merchandised at all times; and that all policies, procedures and controls are followed.

Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.

Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition

Set standards and objectives for different stores and departments

Ensure compliance to the standards

Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency in all three branches

Setting of sales and operational goals for each branch and ensuring achievement through regular monitoring

Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it

Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
