Job Profile:
The position would be responsible for:
Responsible for Operations Management, Maintenance includes Electrical, Plumbing, carpentry, and technical aspects.,Marketing, Security, Housekeeping,
Planning and Budgeting: Responsible for short and long term planning and organizational goals for the property HK maintenance. Prepares Departmental Forecast and budgets to control the Payroll and Controllable.
Operational Supervision: Provides proper guidance to all supervisory personnel in both Instructional and correctional role. Develop standards of quality efficiency and productivity. Evaluates all department personnel.
Co-ordination: Co-ordinate activities with other Property Managers of the respective towers to maximize overall revenues and profits.
Preventive Maintenance Program: Manages planned maintenance for all physical facilities and assets.
EHS policy: Monitor with applicable environmental, health, and safety (EHS) laws and regulations are complied with or not.
SLA: Guarantees a certain level of service will be maintained consistently.
KPI: Analyses of key performance indicators every month
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 yrs of working experience with Residential and Commercial Buildings.
Africa experience would be an added advantage.
