Job Description

Education Qualification= Any Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Mechnical Engineer.

Experince= Candidate have minimum 8+ years of experience in steel pipe mfg. Co.

Candidate Job Responsiblities:

In depth knowledge on ERW Steel Pipe Mills, Slitting Lines and Shearing Line

Supervise entire production department

Plan daily workload

Set areas of responsibility for all subordinates

Control utilization of manpower and overtime

Ensures coordination of all activities

Find cause of product failure and fix them on time

Prevent them from happening again

Find route cause of problem

Guide employees to ensure tasks are done properly

Involves motivation of workers to achieve higher productivity and efficiency

To able to communicate well

Training of staff

Monitor work regularly

Monitors product standards

Ensure the right parameters are followed by the operators in order to achieve the correct product

Individual staff performance

Evaluate whether objectives are met

Monitor quality of Rollers

Liaise with Mechanical and Electrical teams and inform them of all actions and delays

Liaise with operators on regular basis to obtain feedback on production and machine

Maintain standards to safety and housekeeping

Apply technical knowledge and skills

Apply quality work at all times

Reduce costs by eliminating machine downtime and unnecessary downtime

Check all production reports and report back to factory manager
