Candidate is resposnsible for Planning and organizing the production schedule for the month and weekly based on demand.

Candidate have to ensures that health and safety regulations are met

Candidate have to ensures the product recipes are followed and improved thru R&D based on market feedback and competitor products.

Candidate have to develop and follow quality control standards and ensure the team follows the set SOPs.

Candidate have to Ensure production is packed and wastage reduced.

Candidate should able to organizing relevant training sessions with production staff.

Candidate have to ensures the all the production related variable costs are always within the budget and Product Variable cost within control.

Candidate is resposnsible for preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all machines.

Candidate have to attend and reduce downtime and breakdown maintenance.

Candidate have to liaising with marketing and sales staff to formulate new variants of biscuits.
