Job Role: Perform highly diversified duties to make sure QUALITY COMPLIANCE in operational area.
To maintain highest level of quality standard in operational area
Job Responsibilities:
Shall Monitor all Quality activities and ensure appropriate implementation.
Shall insure compliance to all determined standards for all Quality programmes.
Shall inspect all equipment and ensure compliance to all Quality regulations.
Shall Perform routine inspections and audit as per Quality procedures.
Shall design Quality training program for all staff members.
Shall check daily Lime stone and Magnesite .Perform testing in XRF Machine.
Shall check daily Bhatti Lumps Checking and give necessary input to Sorting Supervisors to maintain quality.
Shall perform daily Production sample trail testing of all plants and give feedback to Supervisors.
Shall perform Sample weight checking of all finished p roducts to know deviations.
Coordinate with production team for necessary corrections.
Shall Train all employees in testing procedures and record preparations. Closely monitor practical work and make necessary corrective action.
Shall Check / observe all the records daily to know deviations and Check all the reports before giving to Management.
Shall prepare
Lab SOP Testing Methods / MSDS / Reagents / Quality checking / Quality Controls / Quality Assurance / MSDS / by compilation of all the information data presently from existence systems Lab, Production & Logistics and review regularly to keep updating.
Shall observe company timings and maintain discipline at work.
Shall maintain all company property in lean and serviceable condition.
Shall report all difficulties he face solving the technical problem to General Manager.
Shall ensuring all housekeeping is in accordance with best practice.
Shall ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Shall ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies.
Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required.
Candidate Requirement:
BSc with certification like TQM.
At least 5 years supervisory experience in the field of Lime Manufacturing.
Substantial experience in monitoring various activities in high risk industries.
Excellent knowledge of various Quality principles and regulations and ISO standards.
Ability to prepare audit reports of Quality audit.
Familiarity of Lime manufacturing process
