Job Responsibilities:

Overall Incharge of managing IT infrastructure for all the Retail Stores.

Building on, implementing and communicating ICT Strategy, Operational plan, Policies, procedures, systems and tools, ensuring these are tailored and adapted to suit the realities and needs across all levels of the organisations;

Work with the COO and appropriate staff/managers on developing ICT strategy and annual operational plan, ensuring synergy with organizational strategy and direction.

Lead on communicating and implementing both; providing training and support for sound ICT management at all levels of the organisations.

Working with relevant branches to monitor compliance with ICT policies and procedures across the organisations and providing quality control.

Providing a secure and efficient network infrastructure to support software and systems.

Centralise procurement of ICT hardware and software throughout the organisation, in line with the Procurement Policy and Procedures.

Identify and establish strategic service provider relationships and to select, manage and direct providers of ICT services

Candidate Profile:

Detail oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through implementation

5 years working experience in an international, mid-sized company

Inter-culturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skills proven ability to build strong working relationship, internal and external to the organization

Outstanding problem-solving skills and excellent management skills.

Proficiency in spoken and written English
