Job profile:

The store manager is responsible the day to day management of the store.

Leading Store with the team of sales executive & rendering guidance for increasing sales.

Dexterously monitoring the display of merchandise to highlight the non moving item.

Ensuring proper product display and positioning.

Maximize Revenue through Target Achievement against Annual Business Plan.

Employee Engagement and Motivation.

Provides daily reports on inventory, sales and Projections.

Executing the inspection of product & study of quality problem.

Achieve Optimum Store Operating Cost as per approved Budget.

Oversee proper maintenance and updating of all registers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate should have 4+ years experience in Apparels industry only.

Candidate should from Big BoxBrand like ZARA, MAX, Lifestyle International,Shoper Stop.
