Primary Purpose of the Job

Generate high quality insights and trends report regarding our Brands, consumers behaviors, market trends, competitors’ activity and stance.

Also provide senior leadership with competitive intelligence and strategic insights as well as answering ad-hoc requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Be the champion of consumers (Target group) in both strategic and day to day decision making across UB.

Drive proactive consumer/market insight and corporate/brand reputation perspectives into the business to insure highly informed decisions

Ensure Brand positioning, customer proposition development and communication planning is insight led.

Lead the team that conducts consumer and market research and generate reports vital for decision making

Provide reporting and analysis to support the commercial team in the preparation and delivery of organizational business plan with continuous monitoring.

Job Requirements

Minimum Educational Background and Experience Required

Minimum of MA in business OR Statistics or BSC in the same field of study as B.A

5 years in business related research activity

Proven expertise across research methodologies and analytical software

Personal Characteristics

Good Communication skills, both Verbal and written. Must be able to build relationships
High level of analytical and decision making skill

Leading, coaching and developing a team
Honesty and self initiated . Must operate with limited supervision.
