United Beverages would like to invite qualified and competent applicants for Commercial Admin to Commercial Department :

Major responsibilities of the post will be :

Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients

Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

Handle requests and queries appropriately

Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments

Make travel arrangements

Source office supplies

Produce reports, presentations, and briefs

Devise and maintain office filing system

Job Requirements

Qualification :

BA Degree in Administrative Service Management, Secretarial Science Office Management or related

Experience :

5 years in the same post. Experience on Multi National company is preferred

Additional Requirements

Excellent English communication (reading, writing and speaking) is a must

Good hands on knowledge of MS Office is a must.

Good presentation skills (PPT) is a must.

Presentable personality

Maturity levels should be high
