Job Description

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have min 5 years Senior Accounts Management or Key Account management experience

  • Must come from a manufacturing, building, or roofing environment

  • Must have experience in servicing the wholesale and retail industry

  • Must have advanced negotiating skills

    Duties include

  • Develop and service the allocated territory and customer portfolio by example to achieve territory targets and growth.

  • Produce the annual sales territory budget.
    Implement sales strategies for the territory as agreed with the Regional Sales Manager.

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and identify new needs and wants in the marketplace.

  • Implement and control the company’s pricing strategy.

  • Advise the Regional Sales Manager on pricing matters.

  • Monitor and control total Sales department strategies.

  • The compilation and submission of monthly/quarterly Sales reports and volume forecasts. Advise the Regional Sales Manager of changing market conditions.

  • Handle all customer product quality complaints.

    Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification in Sales / Marketing or any related qualification – Diploma / BCom Degree in HR or any related qualification
