Job Description

Main Job Purpose

Introduces, sells and champions TPM best practices as per the 8 TPM pillars. Ensures the safe operating of the plant within the TPM Guidelines. Prepares CAPEX annual plan and proposals for TPM improvement projects based on the loss trees

Job Summary

Customizes the best practices from different industries to suit the needs of the environment.

Drafts pillar master plans in conjunction with pillar champions and pillar coordinators.

Manages the process of pillar plan implementation by tracking progress, communicating barriers at higher levels and coordinating pillars and departments in the factory.

Provides logistical support for TPM implementation by planning and coordinating meetings, workshops and team building.

Determines the safe cleaning and hygiene operational procedures which facilitate the drafting of SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) in the plant.

Is responsible for the control and execution of work against a budget and authorization of work within authority limits.

Investigate areas of improvement within the plant to optimize system and reporting functionality.

continuous improvement projects are documented and visualized in terms of TPM.

Ensures that all plant-based performance measures are sourced, updated and displayed on the TPM Board. Identifies Training and Developing needs by conducting needs analysis, work processing analysis and problem-solving.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering

At least 5 years of working experience in FMCG industry

Strong Communication Skill
