UNFPA Somalia Empowerher Innovation Challenge

UNFPA Somalia Empowerher Innovation Challenge

Applications are now open for the 2024 UNFPA Somalia EmpowerHer Innovation Challenge. The UNFPA understands that young entrepreneurs with a good social enterprise idea often lack resources to kick start it and are in need of support, stimulation and capacity building.

$2,000 to $6000 are allocated to support three social enterprises operating in Somalia. In fact, this grant is more than financial, you can expect a close collaboration with us in which we support on a rigorous basis.

All together, this is an investment into you, the bright leader with the best ideas on ending harmful practices such Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and Child, Early, Force Marriage (CEFM), it is an investment in your business and, ultimately, an investment into the community that you strive to improve.
