Undergraduate Studies in Marine Engineering

Am a 17 year old boy interested in Marine Engineering. I did the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education in 2014 and obtained the university board entry requirements.

I need an internationally recognized certificate but I can not raise the money for such a course.
