Undergraduate Scholarships to Continuing Students from Uganda

Is there a possibility of a grant for an already enrolled student like me as I have one year to go on my course; Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics at Makerere university?

I do not have enough finances to enable completion of my course and therefore seeking a grant.
