by Rastico
(Southern Sudan)

I am an orphan and have achieved Uganda certificate of education. My homeland is Sudan. I wish to advance in education but I do not have a sponsor. Will I qualify?

There are no general qualification requirements because they vary in terms of one's level of study, the sponsoring institution etc.
