Undergraduate Scholarship Applications

I am writing to apply or get more information on getting a scholarship when one is already enrolled in a university. Where are the scholarship application forms?

The organisation does not hand out scholarship application forms as we only give necessary information on potential funding agencies.

Application forms are given by the sponsors.
