    Main Job Purpose and Scope

    To provide technical support in the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation system for UWA

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation framework.
  • Participate in training of staff in monitoring and evaluation .
  • Prepare periodic reports for presentation on the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation framework.
  • Participate in the development of Strategic, General Management and Operational Plans.
  • Participate in designing monitoring and evaluation tools
  • Undertake monitoring and evaluation data collection
  • Prepare work plans and timely performance reports
  • Perform any other official duties as may be assigned by the supervisor and/or Management from time to time.

    Person Specifications

    Qualifications:

  • Should possess an Honors Bachelors Degree in either Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences (with Economics and/or Social Administration) or Natural Resources from a recognized University or Institution.
  • Possession of Post Graduate training in Monitoring and Evaluation is an added advantage.

    Experience:
  • 10 Should have at least three (3) years relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation from a recognise organization.
