Job Title : Warden Monitoring and Evaluation

Main Job Purpose and Scope
To provide technical support in the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation system for UWA
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation framework.
Participate in training of staff in monitoring and evaluation .
Prepare periodic reports for presentation on the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation framework.
Participate in the development of Strategic, General Management and Operational Plans.
Participate in designing monitoring and evaluation tools
Undertake monitoring and evaluation data collection
Prepare work plans and timely performance reports
Perform any other official duties as may be assigned by the supervisor and/or Management from time to time.
Person Specifications
Qualifications:
Should possess an Honors Bachelors Degree in either Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences (with Economics and/or Social Administration) or Natural Resources from a recognized University or Institution.
Possession of Post Graduate training in Monitoring and Evaluation is an added advantage.
Experience:
10 Should have at least three (3) years relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation from a recognise organization.
