UAHEB Data Clerks - Examinations - Jobs in Uganda

Purpose of the Job:

To support the entire examinations process through technical input and operational management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Compile, organize and maintain examinations resources bank through an appropriate filing system.

Maintain data relating to Examinations and examination question banks

Gathers data regarding performance of examinations, analyses, interprets and write reports

Updates information regarding examinations on computer databases.

Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

Must possess a Diploma in Information Systems from a reputable institution.

A bachelors degree in Information Systems or related field is an added advantage.

Experience A minimum of three (3) years in data entry and management.

Technical skills in specialised field

Computer literacy skills

Ability to work with minimum supervision

Good interpersonal skills

Strong communication skills

High level of integrity
