Responsibilities
Grow existing business revenue through strong customer management and execution.
Execute daily B2B sales activities to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Ensure order fulfilment and maximize revenue from existing customers.
Build strong customer relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
Conduct market research on customers in contract manufacturing, OMCs, private label and corporate sectors.
Manage new business projects from acquisition to launch and post‑launch support.
Optimize manufacturing capacity through strategic resource allocation and onboarding.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer partnerships.
Achieve implementation on B2B projects and manage service KPIs.
Manage customer service and support to drive service KPIs.
Support execution of marketing strategies and enhance market competitiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, commercial management, contract manufacturing or key accounts management.
Strong understanding of FMCG, manufacturing, private label or contract manufacturing business environments.
Proven experience in business development, project management and customer relationship management.
Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and results‑focused mindset.
