Tikosystem Data Analyst (TSDA) Profile & Responsibilities

The TSDA will work with operations to transform the business concepts and needs on the ground to core Triggerise platforms, acting as a bridge between the various actors in the ecosystem.

The TSDA will be working under the Activation Support Team in Triggerise, working closely with all the TSMs (TIkosystem Managers), TSFs (Tikosystem Facilitators) present in Ethiopia, solving the most pressing issues on
the field.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone:

Committed to the mission, vision, and theory of change of Triggerise

Comfortable with using technological devices like smartphones

Experience and comfortable with data analysis tools like Excel

Proficient in written and spoken Amharic and English

Dedicated to data driven decisions, identifying strange data patterns and possible misuses of the Tikodsytem

Proficient in business analytics and the ability to troubleshoot and unblock situations on the field.

Able to travel domestically and internationally for trainings and collaboration with global team members

Excellent at just getting things done.

The TSDA role is dedicated full time towards the responsibilities listed above and will be based in Addis. She/he will report directly to the Ethiopia Triggerise Country Lead with a dotted management line to Triggerise Customer Support Lead.

The TSDA will be responsible for contributing to Triggerise’s global and country strategic goals. She/he will be assessed and on overall support to the team specifically to the following deliverables:
