Key Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management

  • 5–7 years’ housekeeping operations experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role

  • Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, safety, and inventory control

  • Budget management experience

    Key Responsibilities

  • Lead housekeeping planning to maintain cleanliness standards

  • Recruit, train, and supervise the housekeeping and laundry team

  • Manage departmental budget, linen, and supplies inventory

  • Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments

  • Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with standards
