Key Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management (Master’s an advantage)

  • 8+ years’ senior hospitality management experience, with at least 4 years in a GM role

  • Strong financial, revenue, and leadership skills

  • Proficient in Micros Fidelio and MS Office

    Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across the property

  • Drive financial performance, budgeting, and revenue optimization

  • Oversee all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Finance, Security, Engineering, Sales & Marketing

  • Build and mentor the management team

  • Ensure compliance and accurate reporting to Directors
