Travel Grant to Attend International Conference

I am working in HAAD, I have been invited to deliver a talk in USA, and they have waived off registration fee & providing accommodation, unfortunately as per HAAD policy there is travel grants only for locals. Whether as an expatriate I can avail travel grant from any organization

as it will give fame not only to parent organisation but to Abu Dhabi as well.
