  • We are seeking to recruit an Executive Administrative Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to the senior staff in a leading Luxurious Tour Company.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications and correspondences while maintaining high level of confidentiality

  • Compose and edit documents like letters, reports and instructional documents.

  • Create and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.

  • Take minute during meetings and follow through for action

  • Schedules meetings and arranges appointments

  • Provide high level customer care in dealing with routine and non-routine inquiries from internal staff and external customers using judgement and tact to ensure these are handled appropriately

  • Makes travel reservations and flights arrangement as scheduled.

  • Manage the CEO diary and itinerary.

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as needs arise or other duties that may arise from time to time when necessary, that are compatible with this position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    The ideal candidate should:

  • Be a graduate from a reputable institution with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial studies or equivalent

  • Have at least three to four years working experience with a CEO or a Senior staff in a busy tour and travel firm or hospitality industry.

  • Be
    Computer literate and extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel.

  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.

  • Be proactive, self-motivated and very detailed oriented person.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Have the ability to work as a team.

  • Be a person of unquestionable integrity with a high sense of professionalism.

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have ability to handle and work under pressure with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.

  • Good customer service and customer support skills.

  • Have the ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
