Trans Nzoia County Public Service Board Pharmaceutical Technologist III Jobs in Kenya

Duties & Responsibilities

Dispense drugs/medicines to patients under supervision of a senior officer

Receive, interpret, and process prescriptions

Record prescriptions in a pharmacy unit

Prepack, re-pack, and write instructions on labels

Maintain drug books/registers

Conduct stock-taking of medicines and supplies

Requirements for Appointment

Diploma in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technology (or equivalent qualification approved by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board) from a recognized institution

Certificate of Enrollment as a Pharmaceutical Technologist awarded by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB)

Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution
