Tranquil Med Centre Patient Attendants Jobs in Kenya; The Patient Attendants will be responsible for assisting patients with daily personal care needs, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring a clean, safe, and dignified environment for patient recovery and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and other daily care activities.

Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients under supervision.

Ensure patients are clean, comfortable, and treated with dignity at all times.

Help transport patients within the hospital for therapy, tests, or discharge.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in patient care areas.

Report any changes in patient condition or behavior to nursing staff.

Support hospital protocols for infection control and safety.

Work closely with nurses and clinicians to provide holistic patient care.

Requirements

Certificate in Health Support Services, Home Care, Nursing Aide, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in a hospital, mental health facility, or caregiving setting.

Basic knowledge of patient hygiene and care procedures.

Compassionate, patient, and emotionally resilient.

Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and under minimal supervision.
