Purpose of the Role:

  • Reporting to the Head of Human Resource Uganda – shall ensure seamless management of the training academy thus ensuring optimal direct staff establishment.


  • Manage recruitment of direct staff

  • Implement approved training programs through effective and purposeful training methods.

  • Effectively manage the training school resources.

  • Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.

  • Effectively communicate with team members and management.

  • Keep abreast of emrging training trends and industry best practices.

  • Special Demands: Premised on the industry, the bearer of this position may be called to work over the weekends and at odd hours.

    Person’s Specifications

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs in character development.

  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office

  • Attention to detail and high level of effiency and accountability.

  • Police or military service and a Bachelors degree in Human resource or any other business related field would be an added advantage.
