Career Management Centre limited is seeking for a Sales Manager for one of our clients – a leading training firm in Management and youth programs in Africa.

They seek to hire a well experienced and results oriented candidate to fill in the role of a Sales Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager

Location:

  • Nairobi

    Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to drive sales
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Prepare and Present, monthly, quarterly and annual sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
    Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a Business related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar field.
  • Experience in a training field will be an added advantage
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Professional sales training will be a strong advantage.
  • Proactive, confident, energetic and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
