Panel Beater
Work Station :
Namanve Reports to :
  • Body Shop Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all auto repair and maintenance work according to customer requirement/Job card instruction.
  • Effectively identify, remove, panel beat and re-assemble vehicle panels to ensure a dent free vehicle body to customer satisfaction.
  • Fit vehicle accessories like bull bars, winches and others.
  • Ensure high quality finish and putty application on car panel surfaces.
  • Cutting and welding (MIG, SPOT, Washer welding) and proper alignment.
  • Properly handle parts through correct identification and fitting.
  • Properly use and manage material and safety equipment while carrying out duties.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all work completed.
  • Ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency in carrying out assigned jobs.
  • Adhere to the Environment Health and Safety policy at all times.
  • Maintain standard image and housekeeping as per Toyota Service Manual Standards. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

    Spray Painter
    Work Station :

  • Body Shop Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high quality spray finish and polishing of car bodies.
  • Correct identification of arts and fittings in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Carry out spray orders as per job requests.
  • Proper management and utilization of spraying.
  • Ensure accurate recording
    of all work completed.
  • Ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency in carrying out assigned jobs.
  • Adhere to the Environment Health and Safety policy at all times.
  • Maintain standard image and housekeeping as per Toyota Service Manual Standards.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a dealership.
  • Certificate in Craftsmanship
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
  • Valid driver's license
