Tower Sacco Relationship Officer- Diaspora Banking Assistant Jobs in Kenya; Reporting to Operations Manager, responsible for selling and marketing Diaspora banking products, customer acquisition and retention, and service excellence.

Key Duties

  • Build and strengthen customer relationships.

  • Inform customers on lending processes and account conduct.

  • Monitor account activation and usage.

  • Drive Diaspora banking proposition through sales and service.

  • Ensure compliance with SACCO policies, KYC and AML.

  • Organize networking forums and client reviews.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business or related field.

  • 3 years’ banking/financial institution experience.

  • KCSE C Plain with C in English & Mathematics.

  • Age above 24 years.
