Tower Sacco Relationship Officer- Alternative Banking Channels Jobs in Kenya; Manage alternative channels (mobile banking, pay bill, agency banking, ATMs, merchant purchases) to enhance customer access, convenience and engagement.

Key Duties

  • Execute day‑to‑day operations of digital channels.

  • Manage card printing, issuance and inventory.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Train branch teams on ABC operations and AML/CFT.

  • Monitor performance of ATMs, mobile and agency banking.

  • Drive migration from high‑cost branch transactions to alternative channels.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cooperative/Finance/Accounting or Diploma in Management/Banking.

  • CPA/Certified Credit Professional.

  • 3 years’ experience in a financial institution.

  • KCSE C Plain with C in English & Mathematics.

  • Age above 24 years.
