Tower Sacco Marketing Manager Jobs in Kenya



Tower Sacco Marketing Manager Jobs in Kenya; Reporting to the Head of Marketing, responsible for marketing activities, brand building, programme management, lead acquisition, customer retention, business development, sales support and advancing SACCO visibility.

Key Duties

  • Develop and execute brand initiatives to improve visibility and equity.

  • Coordinate with Business Development Officers and branches.

  • Deploy and manage marketing campaigns.

  • Assist in preparing and delivering annual marketing plan.

  • Oversee marketing materials and content creation.

  • Monitor and report marketing activities.

  • Support branches to meet recruitment targets.

  • Champion customer service and guide business development officers.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Public Relations.

  • Professional certification (MSK / CIM) an advantage.

  • 5 years’ experience in marketing/business development (financial institution preferred).

  • KCSE C Plain with C in English & Mathematics.

  • Age above 30 years.
