Expression of Interest (Eoi) for a Consultant to Carry Out a Community Road Safety Campaign - Reference 100058

Total E&p Uganda (TEPU), an Oil and Gas exploration and production company, invites experienced and reputable suppliers to express interest in carrying out a community Road Safety Campaign.vTOTAL E&P UGANDA has operations in Kampala, the Albertine region and other locations in Uganda and extending beyond the Uganda Borders.

Brief Description of the Scope of the Services:

The scope of the community road safety campaign within the Oil and Gas operations in the Lake Albert Region includes but not limited to the following:

Education and training of people on traffic and its risks in order to improve their behavior and culture regarding road safety.

Sensitization of populations about road hazards (schools; pedestrians, public transports

Implementation of a program to increase the road safety awareness of the populations

Poster campaigns;

Conceptions of messages to diffuse in local radios.

A detailed Scope of Works (SOW] and specifications based on a baseline survey will be provided to the successful bidders at this stage.

Minimum Requirements:

To be qualified, a vendor shall possess the under listed minimum requirements

Registration on the PAU National Supplier Data Base.

Have a strong

experience in project management.

Performance of similar such services and campaigns in Uganda.

Compliance with National Content Regulations and 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations.

Suitable resources availability including processes, qualified personnel and financial capacity to deliver the required Services.

Health, Safety, Social, Security and Environment (HBSE) policy in compliance with good oil and gas practices.

Interested companies who meet the minimum requirements and have the capability to provIde the services listed above, should request a pre-qualification questionnaire by sending an email to EP.PREQUALIFICATION-UGEP@total.com on or before 1700hrs Kampala time on or before, 1st June 2019.

Pre-qualification questionnaires shall be sent to and returned by the interested companies online on or before 26th June 2019.
