Job Description

  • Implement the Company’s Human Resource policies and initiatives in compliance with the law and best practice.

  • To develop the affiliate talent to enable it to meet the TotalEnergies ambition

  • Define each employee’s professional development goals and lead appropriate actions to implement necessary interventions such as evaluations, training, coaching, etc.

  • Manage the Young Graduate and Disability Programs, and any projects/ intiatives adopted from the company’s strategy.

  • Lead the Individual Career Reviews initiative, conduct career assessments and capability assessments.

  • Manage the internal mobility program in line with the Company’s procedures and expectations.

  • Manage the recruitment process in compliance with Company’s rules, direction and in line with organization needs

  • Ensure integrity, transparency, and fairness of the recruitment and mobility processes.
    Challenge and develop managers/business managers in their role as manager-coach

  • Manage people reviews program including talent mapping, succession planning and Pre-High Potential assessments and support the Regional Talent Developer with the HP-related actions.

  • Manage the training and development program including the creation of Individual Training Plans and training budget

  • Implement HR policies and campaigns relating to operating personnel (merit-based raises, AIR, HP employees, etc.).

  • Manage all third Party service providers supporting the duties and roles assigned.

  • Manage talent development activities for their métier within the position’s scope

  • Manage and oversee all annual HR-related Campaigns in line with the HR commitments.
    Pilot for Principle 6 OneMaestro.

  • Support the Company’s compliance program including ensuring that
    compulsory compliance trainings for all staff, compliance reporting, conflict of interest management during recruitment, dissemination of the code of conduct and any other risk mitigation actions recommended by the Compliance Officer.

  • Support the HR Administration and Employee Relations Manager as and when needed.

    Candidate profile

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Master's degree in HR Management/Business Management or equivalent is an added advantage.

  • Atleast 5 years’ working experience in Human Resource management, 2 of which should have been either in Business Partnering or Training and Development.

  • Experience in HR systems; staffing and talent management, including recruitment and succession planning, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational design,

  • Skills: Strong ability to work independently; big-picture perspective; listening skills; ability to generate new ideas and demonstrate conviction, influence and leadership; ability to develop managers and their teams; excellent communication skills; ability to make decisions; goal-oriented.

  • Proven administrative, communication, and interpersonal relations skills.
