Qualifications/Experience required

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in IT

• Minimum of three(03) years’ experience in IT, Sales, Finance from a busy environment

• Proactive with advanced sense of innovation.

Main Objective

The role holder is responsible for capturing & retaining new & existing customers on the network through Guiche unique/internet database management as well as maintaining constant contact with the network, the card center, Network TMs, dealers and Tomcard support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for management and co-ordination of the Cards Team to achieve the organization’s card strategy.

• Ensure the interface between customers and Total Service stations.

• Ensure and maintain in coordination with the network service a high level of TOTALCARD Service at the station.

• Keep Monthly statistics of TOTALCARD: (penetration rate, number of inactive cards, incomes, reporting AMO).

• Manage Claims (mail, card lockups in case of loss, adjustments, opposition and/or opposition lift, station fraud, etc...).

• In coordination with Tomcard support and the company APPLICAM, ensure the implementation of the new version/interface of TOMCARD INVOICING.

• Ensure implementation of the new features of TOMCARD system, validated by the subsidiary and distributed to customers.

• Ensure appropriate TAG and EPT are set up in

Tomcard.

• Follow the orders, maintenance and consumables of the EPT with 3rd party vendor.

• Manage exceptional Operations (station creation, price updating).

• Monitor the status of the week's polling and take corrective action if necessary.

• Create and follow Omega tickets.

• Manage & animate the customer database in Tomcard, Tomcard invoicing, extranet & DMS.

• Ensure and maintain in coordination with network TOTAL SIS / FCC & Guiche Unique Interface integration with Tomcard.

• Provide 1st level support on IT EPT solutions to over 200 stations end users distributed across the country and over 4000 card customers.

• Ensure update through tele distribution or otherwise of all EPT to current software versions.
