Job Description

fundraising proposals, managing grants and reporting on projects

Serve as programme officer for TOS Foundation, coordinating multiple projects in the organisation.

Anchoring TV

shows based on TOS Foundation content

Maintain regular check on project funds and reconciling same with Accounts

Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures

Qualification

Bachelor's degree or master degree in business or related field.

Proven experience in program management.

Proven stakeholder management skills.

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Competencies

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel,and Outlook.

Understanding of project management.

Relating and networking: Easily establishes good relationships with customers and staff; builds wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organisation;

Entrepreneurial thinking: Keeps up to date with trends in own work area; identifies opportunities for advancing TOSTV's mission;

demonstrates financial awareness and a concern for cost-effectiveness.

Analysing numerical data and all other sources of information,to break them into component parts, patterns and relationships;

probes for further information or greater understanding of a problem; makes rational judgments from the available

information and analysis;

demonstrates an understanding of how one issue may be a part of a much larger system.
