Job Summary

  • The Senior Legal Document development and Analyst accountable to the Corporate law and ethics Director and responsible for appearing in providing legal advice and opinions and drafting legal documents on the more complex legal matters involving the corporate.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop Tiret Corporate model legal document and instrument.

  • Assess validity and enforceability of Tiret Corporate legal instrument,

  • Advise on legal issues impacting the business, drafting and hands-on negotiation of diverse commercial agreements.

  • Advise and support the Corporate on Merger and Acquisition activities related to the business with respect to Code of Conduct; internal ethics and conflict policies.

  • Negotiating and managing a wide range of the Tiret Corporate commercial matters as well as operational contracts, export/import legal matters on operational matters, including proxy statements, refinancing, global tax planning, and executive compensation.

  • Review the rights and obligations of Tiret Corporate under the contract and Follow up the change of control provisions in any corporate matters.

  • Analyze the recent developments of law, policies, procedures, together with research findings to prepare the instrument.

  • Performing due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts, agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.

  • Analyzing and summarizing complicated legal documents, including contracts, and suggesting alterations to those documents

  • Performing other duties or activities given by the director

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications Required

    Education

  • LLB/LLM/PhD Law degree in corporate governance and business regulation

    Experience

  • 8 years of legal experience in business law /corporate law for LLB degree, 6 years for LLM degree and 4 years for PhD degree, Relevant work experience in industries is preferable.

  • having good team work sprit, good ethical behavior, Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/or commercial contract administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation and administration; good customer handling and serving approach skill, willingness to accept changes and implement it; no prior disciplinary records, recommendable/accepted for the position; accepting the given responsibility and being committed for overcoming responsibilities; good previous performance history and working discipline
