Job Summary

  • Sales & Marketing Officer is reporting to the General Manager and is responsible for the overall functions to formulate sales and marketing plan, organizing periodic sales reports to concerning bodies, deliver customer order and collect receivable money, advertise the products and prepare cash & credit invoice for customers.

  • Collect after sales maintenance request and deliver the concerned department

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Based on company plan; organizing, leading, evaluating, planning, and reporting the sales and marketing plan

  • Find new marketing opportunity and increase sales

  • Follow bid documents and prepare bid documents

  • Follow and control sold material distribution and customer satisfaction

  • Prepare advertising documents for company products

  • Collect receivable moneys on time and deposit to bank

  • He/she is responsible for any delay due to his/her flow up, monthly low sales, and customer dissatisfaction

  • Cooperate with other departments and crate fast and responsible system for customer satisfaction

  • Evaluating, analysing and framing periodic reports based on performances; providing feedbacks accordingly.

  • Monitor performance through periodic report; solve particular difficulties in timely manner

  • Analysing previous performance history profile for researchers and other in need.

  • Prepares qualified sales and marketing report for Tana management and TIRET’s Managements

  • Creating innovative ideas concerning the department and implement for further improvement.

  • Undertake such other duties as reasonably required.

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications Required

    Education

  • BA/BSC/MA/MSC/ degree in economics, business administration, supply chain management, Sales management, marketing, management, Electronics and related

    Experience

  • 4 years for BA/BSC degree and 2 years for MA/MSC Relevant work experience in Sales and Marketing Officer.

  • Other Personal Attributes Having good experience in sales and marketing , working in a team, Monitoring and evaluation techniques and processes, Data collection and management,
  • Analytical and research skills, Good report writing in Amharic & English, Good interpersonal skills, Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office), presentation skill, Customer Service, Time Management, Strategic thinking and Planning and well-disciplined.

    NB

  • Manufacturing Company experience is preferable
