Given the continued growth and future expansion of TIRET, the following opportunities exist.

Job Summary

  • Responsible for handling the day to day planned activities of the office management; prioritizing the issues and forward to the Chief Executive Officer respectively and arranging any documents in accessible manner; link customers to the concerned body; documenting the incoming and outgoing letters, serving guests in respected manner and arranging an appointment; Create a conducive working environment to the Chief Executive Officer.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and report the activities
    Handling incoming and outgoing letters;
  • Handling the incoming and outgoing letters, forward them to the concerned bodies and following up the action;
  • Serving guests/customers in respected manner, linking them to the concerned body; and arranging an appointment;
  • Arranging and organizing the financial data and documents in hard and soft copies and updating them constantly;
  • Identifying outdated documents and give suggestion for decision to be removed;
  • Receiving and sending phone, fax and e-mail messages;
  • Coordinating office management activities;
  • Facilitate and supply office
    materials as per the need/plan of the office;
  • Facilitate meetings and take minutes of the meeting concerning to managements;
  • Facilitating training activities such as undertaking registration, refreshment, training hall, stationary materials and other facilities when it is concerned CEO.
  • Prepare task accomplishment reports;
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities given by Chief Executive Officer;

    About the Candidate

    Qualifications Required


  • Diploma/Advanced diploma/BA/BSC degree in secretarial science and office management, information technology, and related field of studies.


  • 8 years of relevant work experience for diploma, 6 years for advanced diploma and 4 years for BA/BSC degree,

    Other Personal Attributes

  • Having good secretarial experience, team work sprit, good ethical behaviour, good customer handling and serving approach skill, willingness to accept changes and implement it; no prior disciplinary records, better language skill, recommended or accepted for the position; accepting the given responsibility and being committed for overcoming responsibility; good previous performance history and working discipline;
