Job Description

  • TIME TRADING P.L.C A well- known construction Equipment diesel generators importer and distributor, and Export of different kinds of oil seeds, would like to recruit for the Executive Secretary Vacant position.

    Specific Duties Responsibilities

  • Types report, letter, memos etc.as needed.

  • Established an effective and timely office material.

  • Welcome guests and coordinate appointment program.

  • Facilitate and organize meeting program.

  • Keeps the office neat and clean every day.

  • Receive and send different mails.

  • Makes and receive telephone calls.

  • Passes personal and organizational mails/messages to the CEO concerned department.

  • Makes an appointment to the CEO and reminds ahead of the schedule.

  • Files all document, letter, memos, minutes, reports, etc. And opens new file as required.

    Job Requirements

    Educational qualification

  • Minimum of diploma from recognized institute in Business Administration/Secretarial Science/office management/information technology.

    Work Experience

  • Minimum of Five years’ Experience related with the position.

    Skills Required

  • Good communication in both Amharic and English Skills.

  • Computer Skills.

  • Good interpersonal relationship capacity.
