Job Description

  • Timex Trading P.L.C A well- known construction Equipment diesel generators importer and distributor, and Export of different kinds of oil seeds, would like to recruit for the Executive Secretary Vacant position.

    Specific Duties Responsibilities

  • Prepare bank deposit slip, deposit money to bank.

  • Pay monthly revenue of the company to government authority.

  • Pay monthly employee salary of the company.

  • Payment settlement pity cash according to company regulation.

  • Files all document. And opens new file as required.

  • Report daily, weekly & monthly.

  • Other works.

    Job Requirements

    Educational qualification

  • Minimum of BA degree from recognized institute in Accounting, finance & Accounting.

    Work Experience

  • Minimum of one year’s for BA degree Experience related with the position.

    Skills Required

  • Good knowledge on Peachtree.

  • Good knowledge on IFRS.

  • Good communication.

  • Computer Skills.

  • Good interpersonal relationship capacity.
