Job Summary

  • The Flexi Sales Associate supports Store Management in achieving sales targets, customer service objectives, and operational goals through effective execution, accountability, and customer engagement.

  • The role focuses on driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Nature and Scope of Duties

  • Support Store Management in meeting or exceeding sales goals, customer service targets, and operational performance objectives.

  • Ensure store sales targets are achieved or exceeded through proactive customer engagement and sales generation activities.

  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and take appropriate action to contribute to business growth.

  • Support, model, and enhance a customer-focused environment that is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive.

  • Ensure store presentation, merchandising, and housekeeping standards are consistently achieved and maintained.

  • Maintain regular attendance and demonstrate full commitment to scheduled working hours.

    Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on business requirements and work schedules.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate
    clearly and effectively in all situations.

  • Fast learner with a cheerful personality and positive attitude.

  • Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

  • Bilingual language ability is considered a strong advantage.
