Job Summary

  • The Flexi Sales Associate supports Store Management in achieving sales targets, customer service objectives, and operational goals through effective execution and accountability.

  • The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining high store presentation standards.

    Nature and Scope of Duties

  • Support Store Management in meeting sales goals, customer service targets, and operational objectives.

  • Ensure store sales goals are achieved or exceeded.

  • Identify opportunities to drive sales generation and take appropriate action to achieve targets.

  • Support, model, and enhance a customer-focused environment that is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to customer needs.

  • Ensure store presentation, merchandising, and housekeeping standards are consistently achieved and maintained.

  • Maintain regular attendance and demonstrate full commitment to work schedules and assigned responsibilities.

    Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to business requirements and work schedules.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.

  • Fast learner with
    a cheerful attitude and positive outlook.

  • Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Bilingual language skills are considered a significant advantage.
